Dr. Guy Rasner is a specialist in aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. He runs a private clinic in Tel Aviv and serves as a senior physician in the post-bariatric surgery unit at Sheba Medical Center, treating patients after major weight loss. As a member of the Israel Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery and the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), Dr. Rasner is active in both the Israeli and international professional communities.
Education and Training
Dr. Rasner graduated from medical school with honors and completed his residency in plastic and aesthetic surgery at Sheba Medical Center. Alongside his work as a senior physician, he performs complex procedures including breast and facial reconstruction, surgical removal of cancerous tumors and the treatment of burns.
”Dr. Rasner's main areas of specialization at the hospital are post-bariatric surgery for excess skin following major weight loss and body-contouring surgery. He continually studies the latest techniques in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, participates in conferences and workshops in Israel and abroad, and helps train the next generation of plastic surgeons both within the department and as an examiner for Israel's national specialist boards.
