Face and Neck Lift

Face and Neck Lift

A face and neck lift addresses common signs of aging, including deep folds, descended tissues, reduced jawline definition and loose neck skin. The goal is a fresher, firmer appearance. The surgical plan is tailored to each patient's goals and facial anatomy.

Dr. Rasner places discreet incisions along natural skin lines or in areas where scars can be concealed. He repositions the deeper tissues, removes excess skin and closes the incisions carefully. Following recovery, the aim is a rejuvenated result that preserves natural harmony between the face and neck.

Upper Eyelid Surgery

Upper Eyelid Surgery

Upper blepharoplasty corrects excess skin, fat and laxity and restores the natural contour of the upper eyelid, helping tired-looking eyes appear more open, rested and bright.

During surgery, Dr. Rasner removes excess skin and fat through a fine incision planned within the natural eyelid crease, leaving the scar discreet. Upper eyelid surgery may also be combined with a facelift, lower eyelid surgery or brow lift to create a balanced improvement across the face.

Lower Eyelid Surgery

Lower Eyelid Surgery

Lower blepharoplasty treats under-eye bags and excess fat or skin, addressing a tired or puffy appearance related to aging, genetics or environmental factors.

Natural aging, gravity and sun exposure can loosen forehead skin and cause the brows to appear low or heavy. A brow lift restores a more natural brow position, tightens the skin and can soften forehead lines for a more alert appearance.

Several approaches are available. The appropriate method is selected according to the patient's needs and anatomy. Options range from removing excess skin and tightening deeper tissues under general anesthesia to less invasive treatments performed under local anesthesia.

Otoplasty

Otoplasty

Otoplasty corrects prominent ears and is often performed in childhood. Around age six or seven, the ear has largely reached adult size while the cartilage remains flexible, and children are better able to manage the procedure and recovery.

Through a small incision behind the ear, Dr. Rasner reshapes the cartilage and brings the ear closer to the head to create better harmony with the face. Recovery generally lasts several weeks and includes wearing a supportive headband. The change is visible immediately after surgery.
