It is important to remember that recovery after breast augmentation is a process. What you see and feel at the beginning is not the final result.

The First Weeks
In the days after surgery, the breasts are swollen and firmer and may appear higher than expected. This is entirely natural: the tissues are responding to surgery and the implants have not yet settled into their final position.
What Happens Next
Over time, the breasts soften and settle, swelling gradually subsides and the appearance becomes increasingly natural. As recovery progresses, many of my patients tell me that their implants feel like part of their natural breasts.
When to Contact Us
We are available throughout recovery to answer your questions. If anything feels unusual, it is always better to ask. Care does not end in the operating room; follow-up is part of the process.
Please note: every body is different and results vary from patient to patient. Every operation involves a recovery period and risks, which are reviewed in detail during the consultation.
